"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. The company personnel were professional, polite and arrived at the scheduled time. They worked through the heat and did a professional job. "HVAC system went out and needed a new one on short notice. Team Enoch responded the same day and were out 2 days later to replace the HVAC system. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. He did an excellent job of adjusting the settings so that the heat is less intense. I will recommend this company and their excellent technicians and installers as among the best in the Houston, Texas area. They have never disappointed me."

"Matt with Gil Air is not like you normal AC guy, he truely cares, does not just want to sell a system and will try to fix repair is possible. I had heading and cooling issues for years and if you truely want them fixed call Gil Air, but here is the deal you have to be patient. Troubleshooting isnt always a quick fix like hte ohter guys want to do and you need to be willing to let the systematic troubleshooting process take place to truly fix things. Matt came out and diagnosed the issue then came up with a phased approach. Change one Piece of the system in my case the air dampers. Then measure all the pressures and let it ride for a few days. Then he came back and removed the closed loop tbe builder put in to recirculate and ran it to a room that needed more cooling/ heating. Finally he came out after a few days measured pressure again and did a final rebalance of all ducts. Yes it wasnt done in a day but i dont think you can truely fix a unbalanced system any other way!"
