"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. I have never seen a large HVAC vendor that the owner of the company came out to do the original walk through. Miles (the owner) is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was his bid incredibly competitive - he also notice that we wanted to have two crews to handle the large home project we had done for new A/C and furnace solutions. The work was done all in one day and they spend extra time cleaning up after all the work was done. Then the next day Miles called me back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
