He was an hour later than she said but apologized and said he had trouble with his last call. I was still happy he showed up the same day I called. He was very professional and efficient. Only took him 10 minutes to figure out my problem and another 15 to fix it. He even showed me how to program my new thermostat. Very pleased with his work and will go through them again if necessary."

"We called Steve yesterday late yesterday afternoon and he was able to come this morning ( a Saturday) and look at it. He called first, when he said he would, arrived promptly, and fixed the problem. Being without air in July in Memphis is obviously not comfortable so we are very happy to have cool air once again! Actually, this company installed this air conditioning system along with a new furnace, many years ago and it’s been great. "As has been my experience since the very first service call in May of 2011, the technician arrived on time.  He is curteous, wears shoe covers to protect my wood flooring, knowledgeable and friendly.  During last year's service call, he told me about their 'Silver Plan' membership and this year I enrolled.  Less than $12 per month gives me 2 inspection calls to keep my unit in order for the summer heat and the winter coldness, discounts on services outside of routine servicing twice yearly and if I have any problems, I just call and he will be out asap.  This company employs techs who truly know their business trade, educated, background checked and are very personable while maintaining professionalism.  I am so very pleased with Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning and I highly recommend this company.
