"I hired them to come out and do a tune up on my furnace. They were extremely professional, explained what they were doing and even took a camera to inspect all of the equipment, showing me every step of the way. Unfortunately I had some cracks in the original Furnace (16yr old), and it would be too much to repair. They scheduled someone the next morning to come out and price an entire new system with Furnace, AC (also original), and Ductwork cleaning. They were extremely thorough about our wants, needs, and various options. They wanted to make sure they got it right, and didn't just come in to say "this is how much it is. Yes or no" With the numerous guarantees (including 25% energy savings), and the quick work (from inspection to a whole new installation/duct cleaning in 3 days) this company was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend, and they are now our new HVAC company. I really appreciated their all in prices. They quoted everything (tax, permits, etc) and stated that no matter what, the price wouldn't increase. If they had to add or change things, that was the price. "Able to squeeze me in, prompt, responsive, followed up the next day. Had issue w thermostat not kicking furnace on so I thought. Noticed furnace kick on/off randomly the last 2years. Woke up w/house temp lower than what thermostat was set for occasionally. Basement very cold, upstairs colder than you would think too. He discovered furnace was overheating and shutting on/off due to multiple closed off vents that he discovered. Very quick to diagnose/resolve. "When there was a slight problem with the fixture he replaced, he returned within a few days of the initial job to check on it and fixed it without charge (because it was something to do with the wiring in the fixture). Overall, he explained our problems in a way that I could understand it and helped me make a good decision about whether to replace or repair fixtures. When we decided to replace a light fixture, he found a new fixture that met our needs and was a value ($15) compared to other specialty fixtures for pool tables ($250).
