"Service was quick and professional. Technician did an excellent job of telling me what he was doing, and explaining common problems. I felt like I was getting good service at an extremely fair price. After the tune-up of both my furnace and HVAC compressor, I saw a noticeable improvement in the energy usage of both from the energy monitor (Emporia Vue) that the technician installed."

"Late on a Friday night my furnace stopped working. I called Dale and he walked me through the furnace and diagnosed my problem over the phone. He was spot on with the diagnosis, and I got a new fuse and the furnace started working again. Dale is very professional and wants to help."

"Mario and his team replaced the furnace this past winter the day after I spoke with him. Thankful for how fast they were when we had no heat."

"Ryan was an excellent HVAC technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our furnace up and running in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Behold H & C."

"I recently had Comfair Heat and AC install a new furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was timely, professional, and incredibly friendly. They showed up exactly when they said they would, walked me through the process, and completed the installation efficiently without cutting any corners. Their pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of their work truly stands out. The new furnace runs perfectly, and the difference in comfort is noticeable already. Overall, Comfair delivered fantastic service, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or AC work. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future."

"Every step, from the estimate with the super friendly Ryan, to the final walk-thru with the always professional Gemini, was absolutely top notch. They installed a new furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater and we are very happy with the work and final outcome. The whole crew was wonderful!"

"We had an issue with our furnace popping a breaker. Roberto was sent out by Heart Heating & Air to investigate. Roberto did a thorough check of our HVAC system. Roberto concluded the issue was indeed electrical. He was not able to troubleshoot since he's not a certified electrician. However, while checking our system, he found the A/C drain in the furnace clogged with Miller Moths. Had he not discovered the clog, the system could have shut down due to an interlock that senses water backing up in the drain tube. Plus, he took the time to educate me on other aspects of our HVAC system. Greg, Heart's electrician, came up and fixed the issue the next morning. After he got done, he took the time to visit with us for a few minutes, telling us about his Mom, Grandma and upbringing in Puerto Rico. He had us in stitches, laughing about his experience being raised there and telling us about his dear Grandma. We also discussed Puerto Rican food, which we knew nothing about. We'll check it out after visiting with Roberto. Roberto knows his business, he's very professional and has a "GREAT" personality. He seemed like a longtime friend more so than a HVAC technician here for a job. We've had a lot of interaction with Heart after having a new A/C, furnace, humidifier, HEPA filter, electrostatic filter and whole house fan installed. The system as a whole is awesome and all the technicians we've had in our home for the installs and follow up have all been consummate professionals. All have been respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers as they come in the house and most of all, I can tell they all enjoy what they do. When you need HVAC, electrical work, or any other services Heart performs, check these guys out. You won't be sorry."

"They were very quick to provide an estimate and timely turn time on install. Everything was done on time and as promised. Highly recommend."

"**5 Stars — Small Business to the Rescue!** Brian and Valerie of Chatfields LLC AC and Heating saved the day! Our furnace failed while guests were staying at our property. A larger HVAC company quoted $2,150 to replace the circuit board and two pressure switches. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion. Brian carefully investigated, confirmed the board and one switch were working, and replaced only the faulty pressure switch. Heat was restored the same day for $275—a $1,875 difference! Beyond the savings, Brian was thorough, honest, professional, and true to his word. Meeting his wife, Valerie, was equally wonderful. They are such a kind, warm couple who made a stressful day easier. This is why I love supporting small businesses! Chatfields stepped in where a larger company fell short and earned my trust and future business. I'll gladly continue supporting hardworking small businesses like theirs. Thank you both for your integrity and outstanding service. Highly recommended!"

"Went really well, he cleaned the ducts and the furnace. He was also able to identify and issue that could damage the furnace and resolved it while he was here."
