"If I could rate Mr. Joseph a "6" I would. He provided same day service and replaced my heating system the following day. Furnace wasn't available locally and would be sent to Lexington within 3 days. Not acceptable to Ernie. He went to the West side of the state to pick the unit up so he could fix our problem the day he originally promised. (10 hour round trip with a motel stay). I would be very surprised if anyone else would do this. He definitely takes pride in providing A-1 service."

I/we are most pleased with our purchase. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
