"From the person answering the phone to the serviceman, all interactions were polite and professional. They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air."

"They’ve done such a wonderful job for me that I had them replace my furnace and give me an entire new oil tank which they had to dig up from the ground and have the soil tested and provided All the information I needed with wonderful fair budget pricing"

"I was very impressed with the crew that was sent to my home to replace my furnace. They were professional, efficient, curtious, and very respectful of my property. I was without heat and they were able to schedule me quickly and replaced my furnace in just two days. Their pricing was very competitive and fair. Ian and his team took good care of me and I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the excellent service that Fresh Air Flow provided . I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a replacement furnace or HVAC system. And I will be using their services in the future for maintenance on my new system as well."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Alfredo competently repaired our radiant heating system, which is not a common system or brand. He troubleshooted the problem with expediency and professionalism."

"Adam is very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. He and his team replaced our 2 HVAC systems very quickly and professionally. The team works hard to keep all work areas clean throughout the process. Adam carefully worked us on the details of the systems to assure that they will meet our needs. His price was significantly lower than competitors. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend AAC Heating and Cooling."

"There's not enough good things I can say about Climate Mechanics. Got a great price on a Furnace and AC Coil replacement with 0% financing. We ran into issues with installation that were caused by unforeseen manufacturer issues that required multiple returns to my home to finish the job. But constant communication by Toni and the rest of the team kept me in the loop and gave me peace of mind that I knew the job was going to be done correctly. They even managed to get the manufacturer to give me 10 years parts and labor on my new system for the trouble. Without a doubt I'd recommend Climate Mechanics over anyone else for HVAC needs."

"I opted to have the installation of a Ductless Mini-split heat/air system this spring. Out of the three bids, this company came in the lowest by quite a bit. The sales rep was very nice and explained everything that was going to be done. I can't wait for the finished product!"

"We inherited a property with zero documentation regarding prior work. We had noticed a large amount of water pooling in the air handler instead of being managed by the condensate line/ pump. Very rapid and efficient service. The original work by some unknown company was definitely not to the highest quality standards, and he offered excellent guidance to immediately improve the air sealing of the system. It looked and functioned much better after he was done!"
