"I own a business and had a company come out to fix our air conditioner. They came out 4 times, charged for all those time and the unit still was not working properly. I then decided to try someone else, so I called Thermotech on the referral of a friend. They came out, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes (it was an old crumbling circuit board), showed me that bad part, ordered it and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. "Furnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old. The noise returned, and we will have Eric install the replacement in a couple of days. We are happy to be repeat customers because he was professional, prompt, and helpful during the first visit."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented.
