He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. The company name is exactly as one listed in VA so I errantly purchased the coupon. Angie's List refunded the money but multiple attempts to remove this aborted service scheduling have failed. This is my attempt at removing it from the system and quit nagging me EVERY time I log in to write a review.

"The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."
