"It was good. The new furnace was installed on time and very efficiently. The workmen were particularly careful to not track any dirt into the house, even though the furnace is in the basement. The lead installation man took care to fully explain the functions of the new thermostat and what was needed to take care of the unit regarding periodic maintenance, such as changing filters.
