"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "I have had problems with my furnace locking up ever since UGI-Miller worked on the gas line near our house. Rohrerâ s has been incredibly great, thorough and patient at coming out, trouble-shooting, and getting the furnace working, despite the problem probably not being caused by their system. UGI-Miller on the other hand, never responded to repeated calls."

I got 3 estimates for the same Trane AC units, removal of 2 very old systems and install of 2 new systems and they were the best price by far and offered a 2 year labor warranty on top of it. "I have so many great things to say about Mechanical Monster. They came to my house to fix my furnace the night of a cold snap, ended up staying late into the night in order to make it work (the furnace was so old they didn’t have the part for it but made a way to fix it to get us heat through the night). We ended up needing a new system and they made it happen fast, but the work was also high quality! Their contractors are polite, professional, knowledgeable, and left my house clean. I feel so much better knowing I can count on them for all my HVAC needs. Two thumbs up for Jeff and Rocco, they’re the best!"
