We then signed up for their semi-annual maintenance agreement so they send a technician out every year for a tune up and cleaning before the heating season and again before the cooling season. "As always, whichever McCrea service person arrives to work on my air conditioner/furnace, they are always friendly, willing to engage in discussion about my systems, and knowledgeable about what they are working on. I always gets a text and email the day before the scheduled service visit, as well as about 30 minutes before they are due to arrive. This was the first time I used the tracking link provided so I knew when he was going to arrive at my house. Going on 6 years using McCrea and I have never had a problem with them."

"First, my project was to install, from scratch, a new HVAC system, including ducting, with tha furnace in basement (initially, it was upstears in a closed).
