"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop. For all intents and purposes, it was barely running. If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response. Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY. He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. It was the most he had ever seen! What I got back from him on Labor Day was the computer I purchased in 2005, but much better.
Mr. Ferrell installed an ENTIRE new operating system, he upgraded my ram, he re-installed his FREE virus protection. Mr. Ferrell backed and restored ALL of my data. And, if that was not enough, he updated my hardware system. And, he charged me $125 which I think is an incredible price due to the fact he gave me a BRAND NEW COMPUTER.
Mr. Ferrell is extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with his time and your money. I just started using my new computer this week and I am in heaven. No more viruses...no more waiting 10 minutes to pull up a website...and no more having to pull out all of my cords out of my modem and rebooting my computer. I am thrilled with the job that Mr. Ferrell did and I would recommend him to anyone.

"First of all, I highly recommend A.L.F. Heating, Cooling!! I got in contact with Austin about a replacing our old central heat and air system and he was very quick to reply and discuss our needs. He found us a whole system that fit right into our budget and had the whole thing installed in a couple of days. The price he gave us included everything; there were no extra charges for anything extra, but let's not forget the all the little extras he did do for us at no extra charge. He went above and beyond to do a good job! After a few days of running our new A/C I can say everything works perfectly and we're nice and comfortable once again. So no matter what your needs are, give these guys a call, they are very nice, very polite, and will do their best do a good job for you and keep you on budget. I highly recommend A.L.F. "The Technician seem to know his job and seems very experienced in it. He explained why the furnace was not allowing heat to through. There was a part that had to be checked every few years and cleaned. And he did it put the back inside the furnace and the heat started."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
