"Joe the technician who fixed my furnace arrived on schedule to my house, diagnosed and found right away the problem. I was watching him while fixing my heater unit, and explain to me how things work, and that’s the part I like to Joe. After the job done he contacted me 2x already making sure the heater is working properly. He gave me his direct number saying don’t hesitate to call him for any problem with the heating unit he fixed! PSE&G Tech. when fixing my cooling system they don’t like being watch, told me he can’t do his job when someone is watching! Maybe he does not know or not sure what he is doing! Too bad!!!"
