"Had someone out to get a quote for an AC replacement. The estimator showed up on time and was polite and told me he would get a quote to me in about 24 hours. I never heard anything from them again. I emailed after a week and called after 2 weeks and never heard anything back. I guess they don't want my business?"

"Contacted four Heating and Cooling companies in the Battle Creek area. All told us that we needed a new AC cost approximately $4,000. Tummons came out was very open and honest and fixed the problem without having to replace the AC . He is awesome. We would not go with anyone else!

"When my air conditioner first went out they where able to make it out on the same day to check it out. Once I decided to go ahead and replace the furnace and A/C unit they where out and had it installed within a couple days. The service was great and the price was unbeatable. "Prompt, very friendly, They knew the equipment very well. Did the job faster than told when they started, and they needed to run 3 new heat air runs ! Very profesional work ( I work in maintenance and know a quality job) They cleaned up after themselves, removed old unit and took it with them. I could not be more happy with the job they done. If I every need servicing of the furnace in the years to come, I would spend the exta cost of travel to have those guys fix the furnace. And no I never met the person before they installed the furnace. Very content Don S."
