He allowed me to watch as he explained the various tests of the air conditioning that he was doing and he also described some of the previous experiences he has had with air conditioning systems. "Manuel is the greatest handyman and is always helpful to me when something breaks or goes wrong. He is a godsend to helping women with issues when they need guidance to a problem and how to evaluate the seriousness of the problem. 

The water was leaking and the spigot was broken and the emergency shut off for the irrigation system did not stop the leak and so I had to turn off the  main water line to my house and this happened at 7pm on Sunday evening. Manuel came at 3pm the next day and identified the source of the problem and went immediately to the store and replaced the spigot and by the time i got off work the water had been restored to the house.

I can't say enough good things about this extraordinary handyman and how he has helped me in times of crises. He is extremely fair in his prices as he values his customers and knows the importance of doing good quality work .
