"When Tod (Boyd Services) came out to give us an estimate about the possibility of replacing our A/C ducts and balancing our system, he listened to our concerns and looked over everything thoroughly. Afterwards, he sat down and explained to us that he recommended a good duct cleaning and to make repairs to those ducts that needed it versus replacing them... a real cost saver. He gave us many options to choose from and explained each in great detail including the price. After reviewing his proposal versus his competitors, we chose his.
