"My gas boiler stopped working. I wanted to find a local contractor and came across Whitestone Heating and Cooling. After some research I read their reviews which were all excellent. So I called and Oscar came to my home. He and his partner looked at it and thought the leak was caused by a problen that renders the heater unrepairable. After relighting the pilot light he made a slight adjustment to the valve which stopped the leak. He could have just told me the heater was cracked and useless just to have me buy a new one to make himself more money but he didn't which i was so very grateful. He's coming back to put a sleeve in the chimney. I recommend Oscar and Whitestone Heating and Cooling to anybody who needs help with their heating or cooling systems. "The first tech. that came thought we had a problem with a heater valve, & put in a new one. Still no heat, so since it was a Friday, he suggested a new heater board the following week. On Monday, HIS supervisor came and said we didn't need a valve & removed it, & didn't need a new board. He found a ground wire fastened around a screw that must have been put there by a contractor we had after a house fire in 2014, & had come loose. We paid him $230. to correct this "problem"."
