"Dominion Services replaced my 30-year old HVAC system (the outside compressor, and the inside air handler) with a modern one having a 50% increased efficiency rating. The quality of their work is high (four friendly employees with more than 100+ years' combined experience were involved) and have good flexibility to adjust to my work schedule. They easily adapted the new system to the existing hook-ups, and were flexible in their selection among alternate, reliable replacement HVAC systems. "Jose was a professional and did a good job with the installation. The only thing that was bothersome was the he tried to get us to pay for work that he did not actually complete. He quoted us to be able to vent out our microwave but it turns out he could not complete the work due to where the microwave was placed, but he still wanted us to pay him for the full quote when all he did was actually install. That was a bit disappointing, otherwise he was fine."
