"Although I inquired of 5 A rated Angies List providers, only 2 visited the site and gave me detailed proposals.  A third gave a high bid after several requests based on my list of required services and pictures of the needed services, but with no personal visit.  Smileys did the most detailed analysis of the services I needed and gave me recommendations as to how to limit costs.  They also gave me the lowest prices.
They did an excellent job on each of the items listed above and were very pleasant to have around.  We will have them back this fall to wash the full exterior of the House and to apply a second coat of stain to our deck.
If you want excellent work at a reasonable price from men with whom you feel at eare and are not commited to a tight schedule, you probably can't do better.  I believe Smiley's has earned his A rating on Angies LIst."
