"I had the pleasure of working with Nate. He took the time to explain the history of the company (yeah a bit boring but nice to know) as well as the company's standing within the business community. He then went up and took a look over the unit that had not been touched in about eight years, When he came back down he took the time to explain what was going on with the unit, the good, the bad and the expensive! We discussed the best approach for the immediate remediation of most the issues. Took about two hours for him to take care of everything and the end cost was offset by purchasing a maintenance plan with them. So I am sure I will be seeing Nate again come the fall or spring. Yes I will definitely recommend."

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. "I was very pleased with Jay Strong. He did a thorough check of the system, both inside and on the roof. The system is 10 years old and needs some replacement parts. He broke down the work required and understood that this must be done in stages. I will definitely schedule "stage 1" within the next month. Jay Strong was pleasant and very professional! "Trusted does good work but their prices are very high. The original cost of this visit was approximately $400 and after we complained about the excessive cost, we were given a small discount. Our neighbor received an estimate for a new AC system and was quoted ~&7,000; however, a new Trane system was installed by Oasis for ~$3,000.
They do know what they are doing, but it they are very busy in the summer and they are expensive.
