"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. "Trusted does good work but their prices are very high. The original cost of this visit was approximately $400 and after we complained about the excessive cost, we were given a small discount. Our neighbor received an estimate for a new AC system and was quoted ~&7,000; however, a new Trane system was installed by Oasis for ~$3,000.
They do know what they are doing, but it they are very busy in the summer and they are expensive.

"Matt came out about 2 months ago and worked on a very perplexing problem on our furnace. I've had him back same problem, twice now. He's been able to fix it both times on warranty. We've determined that the controller board is dying, and we'll have him replace that. He's professional and friendly, knows what he's doing, communicates well, and shows up punctually. AND he honors his warranty."

"They where on time and professional. They did A Walk Thru with me to let me know were everything was going to be Installed and ask If I had any questions . At that time I didn't. They also did a Walk Thru with me after it was all done to make sure I was comfortable with the work and asked me if I had any questions, Which I did ..... how do I work the new thermostat and they took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I was comfortable with the new system and thermostat before they left. I would totally hire them again and I plan on it."
