"Daniel not only turned the unit on, he checked the Co2 levels in the house and found they were high. I had been baking and the oven was on while he ran the test. He suggested I turn on the exhaust fan then tested again and the levels went to an acceptable level. I usually only use the hood exhaust fan when things I'm cooking on the range something smokey but I learned I need to use it whenever I use the oven. He then checked our carbon monoxide monitor to make sure it was functioning properly. It was but he said it wasn't as sensitive as the meter he used.
I will call and check with our range installer to make sure everything was done properly but I would have never thought to check it
before this. Daniel was willing to answer all our questions and help us with something (our stove) which was not part of the heating/cooling package.

"Cn Dec 21 2022 our gas furnace died. Couldn't get parts "supply chain issues". Got jerked around by one company waiting for the part before switching to AC Medic / Bob Edmondson (recommended by a neighbor). AC Medic installed a Coleman made in USA furnace within a week. Very impressed by Bob who does what he says when he says he will do it. As you will see in countless 5* reviews, AC Medic cares. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"Allied Electric installed some Patio heaters for me, which also required upgrades to my electric panel. The entire process went smoothly and quickly - about a week from first engagement to job completion, and that included local permitting (which Allied managed) around the holiday weekend. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, from Amber in the office, to Marioâ s inspection and quote, to Luisâ and Codyâ s installation. "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need.
