"The best thing about this company was the communication via text and email. We also liked that they gave us a two hour window of time for the appointment rather than a four hour window. On the downside the service appointment went too quickly. The technician took the vacuum down to the furnace, but according to the main office our furnace only needed to be wiped out. We have lived in our hime for 20 years, and I believe that every time we had a maintenace check and cleaning by other companies the technician vacuumed the furnace. Also the technician arrived in a van with a different company name than the one we had called for the appointment. When we called the office we were told that it was indeed their van: they also own that company. But they failed to tell us this in advance."
