"Overall, the project went very well. They did push our initial installation date back by 3 weeks but once here, they put in the hours to get it done in a timely manner. I especially appreciated the professionalism of Keith, Pedro C and Kody M. They put in 2 new units with new duct work to fix the balance issues that we were having in our 3200 sq ft home. Now, the temperature in our home is consistent in the various rooms which has been a problem over the past 20 years. Keith said that the project was underbid by error but they stuck to the quote that was given to us. We had several men from the company working on the project. By far, Pedro C and Kody M stood out and were top notch paying attention to detail and cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. It was very hot and they stayed late to make sure that we had air conditioning over the weekend. The bottom line is that they did not cut corners and were neat and professional and most importantly delivered on their promise to give us a system that works well. I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends/family."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I'm very happy with the work that was done by Landmark construction and energy crew. At first, we met with Ron that came over and met with us about the issues that we had with our water heater and with the bills that we currently pay for electric. Ron recommended us to replace the bulky old water heater and to install a tankless system that will supply hot water immediately and with the use of less gas. We liked that idea and we decided to go for this project. Ron came over to our house with his 2 people that basically took care of all the removal and the installation of the new system. The work that they did took only 2 days from start to finish and now we have more space at the garage, and the bills are much lower than before…."

"Two men arrived from the company, and one got right to work setting up equipment and noting where things were in the house while the other explained what they were going to do.  They seemed thorough and knowledgable and did call me out to watch as the dryer vent was cleaned - a decent amount of lint, etc. was pulled out.
After seeing our furnace, the salesman-type guy doing the explaining suggested it be taken apart and cleaned as that had probably never been done (our home is 13 years old, and we just bought it this summer).  He showed me that parts of the furnace had a thin layer of dust, and quoted a price for them to take care of cleaning it that day.  We agreed to have them go ahead, then in the mean time did some research online and made some calls and felt the price we were quoted was high.  The salesman took about $100 off after the lower quotes were mentioned, but the whole thing felt kind of slick.  He showed me the furnace after the service was done, and it was cleaner.  I'm just not sure it was necessary or worth the additional $700+ we paid.  In hindsight, I shoud have stuck with the Big Deal services and done some research on the furnace cleaning before commiting.
