"I was in the middle of selling a home when my furnace failed inspection due to a cracked heat exchanger. If that wasn't frustrating enough, I contacted several well known companies in the area and all of them wouldn't be able to complete a new furnace install for a couple weeks.... did I mention that I am in the middle of selling my house! I decided to turn to Home Advisor to see if my luck would change. This is where I met Bob (number 1) from Mamayek. I told him about my situation and he came out the same day to look at what I would need. After checking things out, Bob explained what I would need and gave me a quote. Here is where my luck finally changed. My quote was more than $1,000 cheaper than the other companies I got quotes from!?! Needless to say my search for a HVAC guy was over. I scheduled an install date which, yes big name HVAC companies, was the same week as the quote. When the date came I was first greeted by Bob number 2. He was a really nice guy and we shared some stories of our military service as he set up. Bob number 1 showed up a short time later and things started to progress quickly. Before I knew it the furnace install was complete. Everything looked great and I once again had heat! I would recommend this company to anyone who isn't looking to overpay for a new furnace. You will get the same quality service as the big name companies without the big pricetag."

"We called Midwest heating and cooling because our furnace was not turning on and heating and the day before when it was on the back of the unit was hot. They came out next day in a timely manner. Very polite and Friendly. Did a diagnostic look at and explained me what was wrong. Along with what he did to fix the issue. Our technician took lots of pictures as to how it looked when he started what his meters were saying with the numbers. Along with what it looked like when done. We got all of that emailed to us and is kept on file if they ever have to come out for something else so the same tech or another tech sees what was done the last time they came out. Our tech Ken explained what all the numbers ment on his picture so we understood things clearly. Told us about a membership program they offer to help out the customer and give them peace mind the next time you need something done. Ken was very knowledgeable and very kind.
