"Mike and his team (Aaron) went out of their way to make sure we had AC on the hottest holiday of the year... Made a call at 7am Tuesday morning, Mike was out Tuesday evening... Wednesday afternoon had the numbers and Saturday was installing the new system. Just in time too, because when the cats are panting and the inside temp is 95 degrees... it was getting dire. After the install the AC had a little hiccup. I called and they were at my house after a few hours, that same day, which is very rare. The workmanship of the installation was Excellent.  Danny arrived on time and completed in the time period (less than 1 day) during the one of the coldest days of the year.  The system works great and I could not be more pleased.

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
