"Wow. Talk about responsive and professional. My heat pump fan wasn't working and our Boxers were overheating. I called Williams H and C, talked to a professional  assistant  who relayed the message to Billy Williams. I got a call back in 2 minutes. Billy said he'd be there this afternoon ( I called at 2 pm). Within an hour or so he arrived and fixed the problem right away. He also ran multiple other checks on the system to make sure I was all set to go, pointing out a couple concerns I may have in the future (evap coil rusting out). There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything.
