"2020, whew! COVID, lockdowns... and for me, a catastrophic failure of our home heating boiler, and breaking just before a CT cold spell was going to hit. Mike's technician visited for attempted repair, promptly as he had said they would, and unfortunate for me, this was not a repair, but I needed to get a new boiler. So, after agreeing to what model was best for my home (natural gas, combi-boiler replacement-in-kind but different manufacturer - I went with Mike's recommendation), his team came in the following day early, as promised, and completed the removal of old and installation of new boiler that same day. Mike's technician doing the work was professional, friendly and courteous, answered the questions I had and cleaned up proper after all the work was done. If there were more than 5 stars available, I would give them for this job, and i'm very grateful for his superquick response to both my initial call and to getting the installation of the new boiler done in what was essentially a next day order. I had called other service providers and it seemed like I wasn't the only New England customer with boiler problems, other providers couldn't make it out to the house until 3, 4 days after I called. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
