Our AC unit was not blowing any cold air, it would run but the fan on the outside unit was not turning. James came out and took a look at it and determined it was our circuit board. He was able to replace it and have not had any problems with our AC unit since.

We also have built in speakers  inside our home and we were not familiar with the set up nor are we technically savvy and James came out and was able to explain to us what was needed and how we can get them all to work. We got the supplies and James connected our in home speakers to the supplies we purchased as well as make them all work to where we were happy with the results.

This company is very good and very informative on many things not just pertaining to AC or Audio systems but many more other things, as a matter of fact, our sprinkler system actually wasn't working anymore and we didn't know what went wrong, so James gave us some information on what should be happening. We didn't even know there was a way to bypass something and he showed us. Just by him showing us, we were able to determine where the problem was and had all the right people come out and fix the problem for us.

Ben Cro is a great company and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service for AC and/or Audio System. Very knowledgeable, helpful and very fair on their pricing.

"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. The company personnel were professional, polite and arrived at the scheduled time. They worked through the heat and did a professional job. If I ever have need of heat or air service I will definitely use their services. I will recommend them to anyone. Climate Services of Texas 501 W Avenue G, Conroe, TX 77301 (936) 441-3755"

"Friendly, professional, thorough and they explain everything they are doing and beyond. It is my second service with this company, first the AC and now the furnace. I'll have them back next year."

"We replaced both of our HVAC systems. Team Enoch's bid was very competitive for top-rated equipment. The installation of the new systems went smoothly. We are using the 18-month, interest free financing."

"This company installed my ac system new about 5 years ago. Eduardo Leon, technician, came on service call to clean and adjust the furnace. He did an excellent job of adjusting the settings so that the heat is less intense. I will recommend this company and their excellent technicians and installers as among the best in the Houston, Texas area. They have never disappointed me."

"Mr. Boyd was very professional and helpful when it came to cleaning our duct system. He gave us suggestions on how to improve our system and cleaned up after the job was done. I would hire him again and will also recommend him."

"This was a huge job, because so much, so many parts had to be replaced, by working in such tight attic work spaces in the heat! The "install crew" was diligent and thorough, and stayed until they were completely done, and all parts were up and functioning. After cleaning up all the de-struction and con-struction debris from the front lawn...…..they left my house at 1:30 am!!! Thank you John Moore, for employing such skilled and diligent people!!! The mobile AC unit for homeowners, is a wonderful benefit, for those persons this crisis strikes during the heat of the year!!! It makes this project do-able.....any time of the year."

"Eric came out and repaired the heat pump. Very efficient."
