"It's now been over ten years since Ground Loop installed my waterfurnace geothermal system. I had baseboard heating from an oil boiler. They installed a duct system and removed the baseboards radiators and pipes. The system did have some problems over the years (Waterfurnace problems, not a Ground Loop problem) but all the repair work was done under warranty, and in a timely manner. I would recommend them."

"Ken was very professional. I called because my refrigerator was no longer cold. It turns out that Ice had built up on the cooling elements and had also built up on the circulating fan and so the fan was frozen and not working. Ken diagnosed the problem, and got rid of the ice with a heat gun. And the refrigerator was working. No parts had to be replaced. I was pleased with the service and the job that was done. I thought it was a little costly - $234 for one hour job."
