Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

The salesman, Mark, was very responsive to my request for quote changes or additional items, including financing options. "Let me start off by saying Fauquier Mechanical and Derek Goff are awesome. Derek is very honest and you can rely on what he tells you. Derek came out to look at my a/c unit. I had 2 rooms that were not cooling at all. Nothing coming out of the vents. It has been this way since the ac was put in. I originally had a well known big business long time ac heating contractor in Warrenton come out and they gave me a price to replace the 2 pieces of flexible duct that ran from the ac unit in the attic to the two rooms (less than 10 feet each) of $1200 which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. So it sat. Then I found Derek. :) Turns out after Derek looked at the issue, the duct work wasn't even what the problem was!!!! Derek had the problem fixed quick and for less than $200.00! He's awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to call Derek again!"
