"I had a high efficacy heat pump system installed by ARS 11/2 ago. I am used to gas furnace so understanding how heat pump works is an education. The mechanic was very patient in explaining how it works and what to look for if there is an issue. Of course this cold season a got an high unexpected bill from the electric company and was baffled because of the amount I spent on this high efficiency unit. They came out looked at and found no issue. They explained this was a very unusual cold season and the unit performed accordingly for sub freezing condition. They did leave a card and said if I see anytjing that look unusual please give them a call asap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable."

"Very quick, fixed within a half hour and we have heat again. I recommend them very highly. Have a problem? Hire them. Update 12/27. So, the system failed Christmas Eve. They came out and got it running but it was on its last legs. We got a quote, scheduled the replacement for the day after Christmas. That morning they showed up with the new system and we had heat by the afternoon. They came back the next day and installed the outdoor AC unit. I could not be happier with the pricing and service.
