"They were very professional and prompt when installing new furnace in the middle of winter. Dean listens to the customer and discusses all options. We called a year later to install AC on furnace and he remembered us and our furnace . Dean is very personable and professional."

"They did a great job of assessing the issues and listening to our requests when we had to replace our furnace and filters. They worked with me regarding timing since I work afternoons and nights."

"Bryan was friendly and very knowledgeable. He performed a yearly inspection of the A/C system and will return in the fall to inspect the furnace. Pricing is very reasonable!"

"Curtis diagnosed the problem and fixed and verified the furnace is working correctly. He did this in just a little more than 30 minutes. His 18 years of experience was well worth it. He took apart the gas valve area and found between the gas valve and the orifice to the burner had a spider web obstructing the gas flow. The furnace works well now. Curtis was very professional and honest. Thank you, Curtis, for a great job. I had another company check the furnace last week, but the tech they sent did not have the experience to correctly diagnose the problem."

"We had an excellent experience with Controlling Systems from the first phone call to our install. All the professionals were prompt, friendly and hard working. We had a lot of questions throughout the process and they answered every one. The prices seem right in line with the industry and we were overall very happy with their work."

"We had an issue with our furnace popping a breaker. Roberto was sent out by Heart Heating & Air to investigate. Roberto did a thorough check of our HVAC system. Roberto concluded the issue was indeed electrical. He was not able to troubleshoot since he's not a certified electrician. However, while checking our system, he found the A/C drain in the furnace clogged with Miller Moths. Had he not discovered the clog, the system could have shut down due to an interlock that senses water backing up in the drain tube. Plus, he took the time to educate me on other aspects of our HVAC system. Greg, Heart's electrician, came up and fixed the issue the next morning. After he got done, he took the time to visit with us for a few minutes, telling us about his Mom, Grandma and upbringing in Puerto Rico. He had us in stitches, laughing about his experience being raised there and telling us about his dear Grandma. We also discussed Puerto Rican food, which we knew nothing about. We'll check it out after visiting with Roberto. Roberto knows his business, he's very professional and has a "GREAT" personality. He seemed like a longtime friend more so than a HVAC technician here for a job. We've had a lot of interaction with Heart after having a new A/C, furnace, humidifier, HEPA filter, electrostatic filter and whole house fan installed. The system as a whole is awesome and all the technicians we've had in our home for the installs and follow up have all been consummate professionals. All have been respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers as they come in the house and most of all, I can tell they all enjoy what they do. When you need HVAC, electrical work, or any other services Heart performs, check these guys out. You won't be sorry."

"My dad is elderly and needed a new HVAC system. So I decided to find a person who could install a new HVAC system and we found Cody. Cody was very friendly, honest, and communicated very well. At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. He treated us like gold and even spent the time showing my Dad all the new features with the thermostat. I would highly recommend Cody for any repairs or HVAC needs you have."

"I put in a text in on Ange for a furnace repair. Within seconds I received a call from Brent, with A-Moonlight. I tried to explain our problem with our furnace short cycling. He said he could be out within the hour to check it out. Brent was very punctual, and brought David, his helper, with him. Brent was very knowledgeable and explained how and why things were not working. We received a new furnace, and Brent and David worked very efficiently installing the new unit. I am very happy with the work Brent and David provided. They were both very courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely hire Brent again if the opportunity arises. Definitely the definition of pride, and quality work I was looking for, Thank you!"

"Very Professional and did not hesitate to explain everything in detail. It is hard to find an HVAC company you can trust to show up and do it right the first time and I believe this is one. Will recommend for future jobs!"

"Should have had annual furnace inspection. They remedied the problem in 30 minutes."
