"Our furnace failed on a Saturday morning. cummings was the only company that returned our call, Lance came out on Sunday to estimate the job, we accepted and the new furnace and water heater were installed on Monday. We were given detailed instructions on programming the new thermostat, the workers were polite and friendly and cleaned up thoroughly."

They determined we needed a new furnace and within just a couple days they had a new one installed. "Our tankless electric water heater stopped working after a little over a year. After having several companies come out, we called Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. Ned, the owner, came out, looked everything over, and took the time to explain what was happening. He recommended switching from a tankless to a traditional tank water heater and explained the pros and cons of electric tankless systems. He even showed us information online about how the approximately 38-degree water coming from our pump house was affecting the system's ability to heat the water fast enough. Ned was less expensive than the other three companies we contacted and made the entire process easy. He was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. If you want a fair price, great service, and a job done right, we highly recommend Mast Plumbing & Mechanical.
