"Service provider (Leland) was on time, very courteous. He conducted a thorough inspection of electrical systems in house. Provided an overview of recommendations. Installed ceiling fan. I would recommend this provider to others."

"The technician was extremely thorough. Replace the thermostat batteries and furnace filter (I provided the parts), checked for any carbon monoxide leaks, checked the condition of furnace components, and found some bare wires that he taped up."

"The job went reasonably well. They completed it in a day and a half. The guys on site had a little trouble installing the high tech thermostat for the system, but their supervisor demonstrated real accountability when he showed up on a Saturday to make it right."

"Overall the job went well. We needed a new HVAC system which included a new gas furnace and new AC unit. The sales rep was punctual and responsive to questions. The installation team was punctual as well. The B ratings in some categories is due mostly to communication issues to occurred. Apparently some of the things the sales rep agreed to with us were not communicated to the installation team, so when they invited me down to inspect the work three minor items had not been completed. After I brought it up, the installation team offered to do the work in order to ensure I was satisfied, but they also brought up some valid points on why having that work done may not be what I actually wanted. Therefore I was confused. After calling the company main office, the owner owner called me back within 30 minutes to talk through options to ensure I was satisfied with the job. We agreed that two minor items didn't need to be changed, and he offered an upgrade on the third item, at no additional cost to achieve the functionality that was missing from the third minor item. That component was installed the next day. Lastly, the installation team missed some small trash items when they cleaned up the exterior part of the job."

"During the initial service visit, the representative (Xavier) gave a detailed explanation of the condition of the HVAC system and the repair options. I hired JDL and two days later they arrived first thing in the morning to install a new system (furnace and A/C). The quality of their work and products recommended are excellent. I highly recommend their services."

"The heating tech was very professional and courteous. I really appreciate how quick he worked to resolved the problem ."

"Fantastic work! Highly recommend for any HVAC project."

"TermperaturePro was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of my water heater replacement. Terry & Tony were both very responsive to my numerous emails with questions about the estimate and on my scheduling, especially with a site visit from Tony, the GM, to ensure his earlier estimate derived from my photos was still good, which gave me a high degree of confidence with the Company. Even before the installation, Johnny visited to ensure he'd have all the materials needed for my specific installation. His & Jason's high quality work was completed on schedule, with Johnny taking the time to explain some points I didn't know about my particular installation because my water heater also supplies the water for my heating system, as well as providing hints to extend the life of the water heater they'd just installed. In addition to all the above, TemperaturePro was the best price among the 9 estimates I received, making it a great value. The entire team is professional, proficient, and friendly. I highly recommend TemperaturePro and will contact them for any future plumbing work needed."

"Excellent service from Hecomo. Technician did not try to push purchase of a new HVAC system even though there were major issues with our system, feel comfortable while talking with an advisor. Very knowledgeable, patiently, friendly and nice person, answer all my questions. Later on, we decided to replace the whole new system with fair price and wasn’t ripped off as others. Very professional and well trained technician. I will definitely use them again."

"I called Carroll Mechanical for an estimate on a new high efficiency heat pump system. I met with a member of their team that clearly explained everything and helped to design a solution that worked for my family at a fair price. The install team arrived on time, they were very polished, and did a technically excellent job. The system is working really well and the whole family is comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for more - I’ll be using Carroll Mechanical as my go to HVAC contractor from here on out."
