"If it was not for Christina and her excellent team to fit me into their schedule, we would have suffered several days hot days with out ac. They not only contacted me back within a hour, but they also were able to fit me in the next day on a Saturday. They are a wonderful group, with excellent customer service, and workers. I will always request precision"

"They did a great job on putting the heater and cooling system in. Cleaned up great. My cooling system just does not keep up with the hot weather for some reason."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."
