They were all nice enough and it was nice that they thought they could fix the furnace instead of us having to buy a new one, but over $300 later and it still didn't work.  I will only use them again to keep the warranty on the furnace.

They made the entire process a positive experience. Everyone that interacted with us had a friendly and professional demeanor. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. His courteous approach gave us a positive view of the company he represented. The installing technician, Linas, and the tech that was assisting him only continued this professional trend. They both were equally as courteous. Once the work was complete, Linas made sure he answered all of our questions and that we felt comfortable with the operation of our new furnace and humidifier before he left. "The technician arrived within a half hour of our initial call. Although he did not have the part on hand he made a quick trip to their service center and returned immediately with what he needed.
