"I called Aire Serv of Lake Cumberland to get a price for a new heat pump. I had gotten 2 other estimates before. Chris came out and took his time to check out my old heating system and we talked about the different options he could offer me. He gave me estimates for 3 different systems and I told him that we (my wife and I) would talk about it and let him know soon which option we would go with. We decided to go with the 15 SEER unit. Chris had told me that he would be going out of town for a few days and could probably start the work on next Wednesday. He said it might take a day and a half to do the work. He called me when he returned and we decided to start on Thursday instead. He said they would be here around 8:30 AM and they were here at that time. The work was done very professionally. They had to modify quite a few things to get the indoor unit installed correctly. Outside the cooling lines and the electric lines were in a state of disarray and they really worked hard to get them run neatly into the unit. Everything looks very nice plus they got the work done in one day. They carried all the old parts off and all in all it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

"We called JR HVAC Services to get a second opinion on our A/C unit not cooling. Brenton let me know when he was on the way to my house and also when he arrived. He was very respectful, which can be very rare nowadays, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked at our A/C unit and found the problem and before he did anything, he went over what he found wrong with my husband and I and let us know how much it would cost before doing the work. Brenton was able to replace a part and get our unit cooling for less then $200 and the other company wanted to replace our unit and charge over $7000.00!! We are very pleased with this company and the service technician and the honesty."

"We called Steve yesterday late yesterday afternoon and he was able to come this morning ( a Saturday) and look at it. He called first, when he said he would, arrived promptly, and fixed the problem. Being without air in July in Memphis is obviously not comfortable so we are very happy to have cool air once again! "As has been my experience since the very first service call in May of 2011, the technician arrived on time.  He is curteous, wears shoe covers to protect my wood flooring, knowledgeable and friendly.  During last year's service call, he told me about their 'Silver Plan' membership and this year I enrolled.  Less than $12 per month gives me 2 inspection calls to keep my unit in order for the summer heat and the winter coldness, discounts on services outside of routine servicing twice yearly and if I have any problems, I just call and he will be out asap.  This company employs techs who truly know their business trade, educated, background checked and are very personable while maintaining professionalism.  I am so very pleased with Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning and I highly recommend this company.
