"Great! Got Infinity "urgent alert" emails saying "blower motor fault" though the furnace was heating and blowing. Coolray scheduled an appointment the next day despite being very busy. Darren arrived early, worked hard, discovered a loose wire, and fixed it. Thanks so much! And thank you to Coolray for the lifetime warranty on my HVAC system, which saves me tons of $$$!!!"

"Estes is always very professional, considerate, and thorough. They have been my inspectors bi-annually for years, and managed my furnace/AC installation when my original system finally keeled over. It was July, terrible heat, and they were quick and wonderful."

"I live in Cherokee County and my tech is Jerry Cobb. He is AWESOME! My heat went out last night (2/27). I called the company at 9 am and they immediately dispatched Jerry. He met me at my house at 10:21 am. After a few questions he went to work. A very thorough inspection of the furnace, diagnostic performed and voile furnace fixed and humming like a Swiss watch!!! ALL at no cost because of my service warranty.? I am never leaving this company and hope Jerry never leaves as well."

"I had multiple estimates. Brian Sammons was very professional, he got me the best system Daikin makes at the most competitive price. Highly recommend this company!"

"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

"He was very knowledgeable & straight forward on what was needed to get the heat going."

"Andrew met with me and spoke to me about my options for a furnace and AC. He really listened to me and helped me find the right systems without trying to upsell me . My install team; Willy, Cue, Alejandro and Tyler were great. They were on time courteous, friendly and very thorough. Everything looked clean when they were finished. They did a great job explaining their work to me and showing me how to use the systems."
