"Furnace was fixed (Heat Exchanger replaced) - Great work by 2 Technicians. 5* work. However, the clean-up after was average. They used tissue to wipe the furnace residues (black, dusty stuff) put tissues in the toilet and dirtied the bathroom sink (blackish residue). I would have appreciated if they had just informed me so I would clean it up right away. I noticed it the day after. Hence the B rating overall. The quality of Technician(s) and work is very good however. Thank You."

He fired up my furnace and said I can definitely keep using my current furnace if I want to...that it was not necessary to replace it. If I decide to get a new furnace, I'm using him for sure!"
