"We needed to replace our antiquated wall heaters with a heat pump heating and air conditioning system. After getting bids from 5 companies, we chose Prince Mechanical not only because of the good price, but because Deron explained the system so clearly. They installed 5 internal units powered by 1 exterior pump. The work was done quickly, they always cleaned up and Deron kept us apprised on the progress. The work was completed in June. It is now November and yesterday Deron came to check on how the system was working. He inspected every unit as well as the pump and answered our questions on the most efficient way to regulate our heat. We are very pleased with the results - the quietness, the simplicity in regulating the temperature and the even heat we have throughout the house. Deron is personable, very honest and fair, and he knows the business and the products he installs."

"Of the four companies I contacted to get estimates to replace our furnace and install a heat pump, one didn't show up at all to provide an estimate and two did not perform a complete evaluation of my home to determine the actual size of the system needed. The Bel Red representative that did the estimate did do a proper evaluation, explained what was needed, described how the system would work, reviewed the installation process and went over the cost, maintenance requirements, and warrantees. The installation team were polite, professional and carefully explained what was done and how to use the system. The Bel Red estimates were the highest but at this point I feel the value provided offset this. Based on this I am comfortable using them for the ongoing maintenance of and any repairs that may be needed for this system."
