"Great! I told them I would give them a call to come out and do the furnace this Fall. They were very nice, very knowledgeable and I would use them again. She told me I could get the furnace without the carbon monoxide, I could probably get it for about $69, which is pretty standard I think for what most people have around here. I've seen some people advertise for about $69. I also know the carbon monoxide, because I had one, this gave me a second one, those things are not cheap. They are $20 - $25 to buy one, a decent one. I thought the price was very fair. Their work was good. I was very pleased with them. They got a hold of me fine, it was me that dropped the ball. It wasn't them. They got a hold of me. I had the holidays coming up and I forgot about it. They didn't have to, but they reached out and still honored it and gave me the air conditioner one. To me, that says a lot about them. He was right here when he said he was going to be. She told me I could just purchase another special online through Angie's List. I told her I was going to. I would say they are very good. I would definitely call them again. I plan on having them come out for the Fall for the furnace. She even told me they could check the fireplace. They can show me how to even use the fireplace. I have been here for 5 years and I don't even know how to use it."

"They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. My power bills went from $320 a month to $9.18 and even with the solar payment I am saving hundreds of dollars a month. The crews were very professional and did not take any short cuts. In this world everyone wants immediate installation and results but somethings take a little time to achieve the results expected. "We purchased a new Clayton home in late 2023 and everything seemed good at first. After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC. Then we had another supposedly reputable HVAC company come out and said it was a lot of issues outside and would cost almost $2000 for a repair that may or may not work. They went above and beyond to follow Covid distancing protocols and promptly put booties over their shoes. They were a sight for sore eyes after 3 days of no A/C in Mid-June in the S.C. heat.
