"Our furnace started shooting out cold air very early morning in the midst of winter. Evergreen responded first thing the following morning (my request for repair was put in about 4am) and was the ONLY company of 4 requests to respond. They were able to get a technician out the same day for emergency repair. Todd arrived within 2 hours of confirming the visit. The company even sent a text with an image of the technician for safety purposes (this is extremely rare). He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and come up with an affordable fix that would keep the issue from recurring. He had to reroute the drain pipe that had frozen and backed water up into the system … had everything he needed in his truck and was finished within two hours of his arrival and found a solution that was affordable, quick, and professional looking. Before leaving, Todd gave us a mini lesson about the furnace so we can do basic maintenance ourselves in the future. (This is our first home, this furnace was already in place when we bought the house, and we had no experience with these types of systems.)
