"The overall service was a disappointment.  I called to make an appointment and John explained to me about how their service works and their rate.  It was a bit pricey  in my opinion, but I went ahead and book the appointment.
Because I was mounting a 60 inch TV, they needed two technicians for that.  Since they charge by the hour (and by half hour after the 1st hour), we agreed that the 2 technicians will work on the TV first and when completed, one will leave and the other will stay to finish up the rest (which makes perfect sense).
My wife was home and they arrived promptly at the appointment time.  The technicians were very courteous and professional.  Unfortunately, nothing much was accomplished from 9am to 1pm.
In my opinion, I don't think it takes more than an hour to mount a TV.  However, the second technician did not leave until 11am (so we got charged 2 hours for 2 technicians).  From my understanding, when they arrived, one of the technicians went to work on the toilet while my wife showed the other technician the repair work to be done in the shower grout.  Unfortunately, they were unable to repair either items: 1) the shower due to the scope of the job (as water got underneath the tile and they recommend a specialist for bathroom repairs); 2) the toilet they recommended to be repaired by a plumber as the pump definitely needs to be replaced and there might be a problem with the valve.  Furthermore, one technician told us that he has never seen this model of toilet (as this is a one piece toilet) and said the repair will require 2 technicians as they need to take the toilet apart (which didn't make much sense to me).
They also worked on the stand alone wine rack (one of those you buy off the shelf and assemble yourself).  They tightened up all the screws and came to the conclusion that one of the legs connection is broken and there is nothing they can do.  (please be mindful that both technicians were there doing this together)
So by 11am, the only completed item was mounting the TV.  The second technician at that point left and for the remaining 1.5 hours, the remaining technician completed caulking of the kitchen sink and attempted to plug in the HDMI cable behind the TV (which took 15-30 mins and was unsuccessful since no one was able to help him to take the TV down, plug in the cable and remount).
All in all, what I have learned from this experience is this:  you have to be very specific and certain that the technician can do the job.  If you have any doubts, have them take a look and do an estimate first.  Or else, you will just end up paying the cost and nothing gets done.
For the amount I paid, I could have hired this company to caulk the kitchen sink, a plumber to fix the toilet and Best Buy to mount the TV.  I just thought it would be more convenient to hire one company to do everything.  But I was wrong.
In conclusion, the disappointment is really the way the job was handled (why the 2 technicians didn't go straight to mount the TV and leaving one to work the rest of the jobs).  I don't think by splitting up have speed up the process and I feel that I end up paying double for some of the service.
