"We just had our first clean with Meneses Home Services. Cecilia was highly communicative, walked our house ahead of time to understand what we needed, and gave our house the most thorough cleaning it s had in some time. She did everything we asked and more with a great attitude and positive work ethic. We re looking forward to ongoing service."

"Yes. House is always spotless and Bre will always advise me when the house needs a more thorough cleaning."

"Ace is everything you need in carpet cleaning, wood floors, duct cleaning, curtains, carpeted stairs, upholstered and leather furniture, tile & grout AND MORE! Matt has taken care of us many times after we moved into our home years ago, and the last two years Travis has transformed my mom's house after completing each of the services I mentioned above. They have become like family to us and we will continue to have them come back over and over again! Thank you Travis and Matt with Ace!"

"MGR has been cleaning our house for years now and always does a fantastic job. House always looks, feels and smells clean when they are finished."

"I paid “BBM Cleaning Services” of Plano, Texas for what was to be a "deep clean". I consider what they did was a regular clean and not a deep clean. The two ladies were friendly but the work done was not a deep cleaning. One lady spoke a little English the other spoke only Spanish, it difficult to communicate. The performance of the house cleaning was average. They left areas that were not cleaned and left dusty. I am disappointed with their services. The overall general cleaning was average but the details are left untouched and unfished, for example: • They did not adequately clean fans and light fixtures or behind furniture, • Several areas were inadequately dusted, for example backs of chairs, chair bases and legs and tops of picture frames, • Fans and light fixtures edges were dusted lightly and flat surfaces were undusted, • Blinds were dusted, but left visible lines of dust on the area that were turned up. • Kitchen cleaning missed wipe off of appliance doors and handles, • The tile floor is front of the fireplace has a brightly colored paper sticker which was left untouched, • Window sill were not wiped clean, they were dusted but not damp wiped, • Edges of three doors and light switch covers were left with dirty spots. The cleaning services provided isn’t a matter of doing an inadequate job - they didn't do the job details. I will be sure to share the disappointing quality of service with everyone who asks for a referral for housecleaning. I wouldn't call “BBM Cleaning Services” again."

"Wanda was very thorough. She cleaned my floors in the bathroom, which is something that is hard for me to do myself, and I was very pleased with it. I hope to obtain her services in the future."

"Last Friday, my house got the Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents. I couldn't located this category from the list. It was easy to set up an appointment. There was a cancellation so the company rep called me to clean my duct earlier than my appointment date. Two workers came to my house. Before they started the job, à  they inspected my vent for air and duct cleaning. Show me what the condition and problem is. The Workers were very friendly and showed me every step of what they are going to do. When a few of my vents are not cleanable so they bought a few vents from the Home Depot. And installed it for me. One special size wasn't available so I had to buy it from Amazon. If you decide to clean air and duct and inspect and buy a few vent before they come to clean. Do not buy every vents in your home but buy a few vents that look very filthy. Workers are working very hard. Since they are working without air conditioning, you need to turn off the air conditioning. Please prepare some cold water or some soda for them. Please be nice to them since they are working for your house.à Â"

"Leo is awesome! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Communication is excellent. Thunderstorms delayed the initial job, but he rescheduled the work for the next morning. He calls when he is on the way. I am very impressed with his attention to detail, and how he cleans up all the debris that he took out of the gutters. He makes sure everything is working properly as he works his way around the house. He leaves everything clean and as it was when he arrived. He has a customer for life, and I recommend him to everyone who wants superior service at a very reasonable price."

"Diana was quick to contact me. She gave me a quote right over the phone, and she was able to fit me in quickly. I’m very happy with the results of her cleaning me house."
