They took time (efficiently) to inspect onsite what needed to be done, and finished faster than intended. They even vacuumed up after themselves-above & beyond. They came after a long cold streak in Tallahassee (January) and were coming to do two jobs: (1) updating insulation for my 30-year old house with a metal roof and existing insulation and (2) partially-finished garage/office. "Was so pleased with roofing job Mr. Lucas did that we had him to replace the wooden front steps and face boards around the garage with "composite" wood so they wouldn't need painting or rot. He gave us an estimate, ordered the required "composite" wood material and performed work as scheduled. Had one outside access panel to the bathroom whirlpool tub that I always felt was poorly done, so I asked Mr Lucas to suggest an alternative. We agreed on rebuilding it, adding hinges and to also another one required to be able to have necessary work done on the whirlpool tub. Was very pleased with the results, plus he added rigid foam insulation in a way that could easily be removed when access is necessary, but provides insulation. Very pleased."

He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed.
