"We had radiant barrier insulation installed insteads of blown in insulation. It was laid in the attic rafters, upon the completion of the job the service provider could have done a better job of cleaning up. He also left some marking on our cabinet. When the gentleman came over to give us an idea of what radiant barrier is we never knew when he would be there, they gave us an estimate but then upon completion we wrote a check, but never received a receipt of payment, or work order showing completed work. All we had was the gentleman sign the estimate that we had been given two weeks prior to the job. And the installer did not have any paperwork saying that he did the job. But we had him write that on the estimate. I would expect more professional paperwork."

My husband's excellent Do it Yourself skills allowed him to maintain it and keep it running all these years. We received estimates from 5 different companies. Although the other salesman/estimators were good, Paul was the best. He explained all our options more thoroughly than the others and his recommendations for installing the HVAC system for our needs and house size made the most sense. The price was very reasonable and fair. The installers, Willy and Rick T were awesome. They both worked professionally and took the time to answer any questions either one of us had with the install process. They also did an excellent cleanup job. Erick, the install manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. The insulation was put in by Sierra Wes, a company Ray O Cook contracts with and they did a great job also. Lastly, the Ray O. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
