"Our guy was diligent, dedicated, tireless, exceptionally perfectionist in, and was " on a mission" rat deathcon! He knew his facts, knew how to fix it and had the skill set! He worked into the night, came back repeatedly as he battled uncooperative wet rainy and/or cold weather and even getting under the weather himself. I have never in my 60 yrs seen a harder or more dedicated professional, nicer/likable/friendly/personable guy as Tom! "The removed and installed seven windows in the front of our home. They did a great job and were very clean. No complaints at all.
