"I had a great experience with Royal Tree Services. I initially requested a quote and they got back to me very quickly and came out to check the tree without any hassle. They gave me a very fair price, and at the time I was just comparing options. What really impressed me was their follow-up. The following Sunday, they called to let me know they could still take care of the job, including removing a large pine tree, grinding the stump, handling the large roots, and hauling everything away. They even offered to leave logs behind for firewood, which was a nice bonus. On the day of service, they were incredibly responsive and arrived within about 15 minutes. He was very dedicated to his work, he gave us a quote within 20 mins and although he was hired another it's been my experience to get what you pay for. The crew was on time, professional and courteous. The works was left clean at the end of each day and only took 3 days as quoted. The owner kept me updated with photos throughout the entire project. When they were finish, they grated the yard to shed surface water away from the foundation. It's too late in the season for top soil and hydro seed so i'll be hiring them again next season.
