"Alex was very nice & courteous k seemed to know exactly what we needed and we felt like we make a good decision. The job was supposed to be a three days job. At first Alex would return my calls and then no calls, would occasionally send a person out to do another portion of the work and as of today we haven't seen him, heard from him, can get a return call and the work is not complete. So frustrating, especially since he seemed like such a nice guy

"They provided a free estimate which seemed reasonable, arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and worked hard all day. In addition to the work I knew I needed done, they identified 2 large dead branches in my oaks that I hadn't noticed and removed them before they became a problem. They kept me informed as they worked, and had me inspect/approve each stage. They gave me the option of keeping the mulch created from the trimmings, and also left some firewood for the coming Winter. They took real pride in their work, which is more than I can say for the idiots that do the trimming around the power lines for TNMP. Thanks guys! I'll be calling again in a couple of years!"
