"I worked with Robert, who gave me a thorough inspection with a comprehensive explanation of the whole inspection process. He even followed up when I had a roof leak issue after my inspection to see if any further testing was needed. I appreciate the time and care Bye Bye Mold gave in addressing concerns I had and giving me peace of mind."

"This was the 2nd time I had called upon Pure Restoration for a somewhat urgent water damage/mold remediation/repair
situation, having found them at random on Angie's List the 1st (and totally unrelated) time.
I knew how helpful they had been and didn't hesitate to call again.
Tommy, who runs the company is always on top of what's going on and always available and responsive. Everybody that came to do their particular job (mold, dry wall, plumbing, cabinet re-building, paint etc) was top notch and a pleasure to deal with.
In my case the quality of the kitchen cabinet re-building was awesome.
And I was particularly happy and relieved that they were able to preserve a lengthy granite kitchen countertop when almost everything underneath it had to be removed.
Tommy & co. worked around my schedule and I can't stress enough how helpful it was knowing that he was available and
would return calls asap. Everyone from their office was completely professional and helpful as well. You feel like you're in very good hands.
And Tommy knew how to deal with the Insurance co. and get more out of them than I ever would have on my own. He definitely
saved me money in that regard.
Pure Restoration is as good as it gets at what they do--and they do a lot.
I wouldn't even think of calling anybody else.

"This is my first time leaving a review for a company as I've never felt the need to, but using Pacific Environmental I feel I should share with my home owners. My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

"I was worried that mold remediation in my condo from a neighbors water leak above was incomplete. Dean fully inspected and, while the work was not done to his standard, he told me that I do not need further remediation. He gave me lots of great advice, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I will definitely call Dean if/when I need remediation in the future. Thanks, Dean! :)"

"Extremely friendly customer service, The agent that came to my house gave me extra information and made sure I wasn't worried or scared about what was going on. Excellent service."

"I contacted KB Environmental for a quote for a client. I passed the information on to the client. Once escrow closes they will most likely be using KB Environmental for the work. It will be to remove an asbestos vent flue on a water heater."

"Kayla is so wonderful to work with. She is so professional and knows her stuff. Iâ ve used her in 2 projects already and my clients and I are extremely satisfied with her service. Her turn around mold air testing is fast. I will definitely recommend her and will continue to use her service."

"Alex was great from the first time I called for a quote. I hired Alex and his team for Asbestos Abatement and mold remediation. Alex and his team were professional and were a pleasure to work with. What impressed me the most was their integrity. After their job had been completed there was something our painter pointed out to us that required for them to return and they came back as soon as they could to fix the issue. They were a pleasure to work with and their price was more than fair compared to others."

"We got the mold inspection package and couldnâ t be happier with the service and experience with Mold Inspection Pro. Ron came out on short notice and was very professional and took the time to explain the process. Also put my mind at ease that he was wearing a mask during these crazy times. Highly recommended."
