"While being late for original appointment, due to miss communication , I was pleasantly pleased with the work. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional in the mold testing process, while explaining the air quality control to me. Thank you for this service, I will need further help after the test results come back."

"Scale of "Star" ratings are usually 1-5. I would give 10. From our first conversation, which Yoni replied to immediately after I requested a quote, to the very last day, the communication was constant, keeping me up to date on schedules, arrival times and the process of the work. Professional, impeccable work, going above and beyond. I am so grateful to have found Quality 1 Restoration and would recommend this company (Yoni and everyone who worked with him) highly. I never thought I would be "okay" with the thought of having a mold issue, and now I know I have someone to count on. Best find!!"

"What this company did for us was inform us of the dangers of having the level of mold within our home and guided us to a level of safety. As hard as it may have sounded and looked, the saying goes " If it seems too good to be true, it isn't. But for this company, it was true to believe how hard they worked to remove the mold and dangers from our home. They informed us of every step they took and then some. One other thing that truly made a world of difference, " The removal of mold and everything related to making mold grow out of control was immediately removed to stop the growth to continue to grow to the level of high danger. When my wife and I were not familiar with how much danger were in, they informed us of how much danger we could be in by staying in the home. They informed us of how long this job would take, and they were right on the target completion. I highly recommend this company for this kind of work. We had another company before this one and they put us in more danger you can imagine , I fired them after 6 weeks of no shows and leaving the mold level to continue to grow, leaving the condition of the mold to grow and destroying our home. Thank you " Mold Services Unlimited " for your professional services."

"Prompt response, excellent service during the evaluation service. Waiting for lab results and final report next week."

"Very thorough. Very honest. Like the fact that he also does work as a Chaplain. He also trained with the experts who worked in New Orleans after Katrina. Very knowledgeable and very helpful with all of our questions. Wanted to help beyond just our air pointed out many things that would make our home air quality safer. Also told us how to correct other things that he observed and how a handyman should correct them and what products they should use."

"Absolutely amazing experience! He was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, offered great advice, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. The turnaround time for my results was fast, and he was quick to come out and provide the service I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend him!"

"Our technician Patrick was courteous and friendly. He explained everything he was doing to remove the mold we had in our bathroom and how to prevent it from happening again. He never pressured us for additional services and seemed extremely genuine in his approach to helping us. I highly recommend this company."

"Our water heater exploded and I needed help quickly. Additionally I was in the middle of testing for an exam to start a new job and really needed someone to support me. Mr and Mrs Restore took care of everything and I had peace of mind to finish my exam. I was really lucky to work with them. I worked with Shane and Evelyn. They inspected the house and started immediately with the drying process, recommended an excellent plumber and checked the home for mold and worked with the insurance. They kept me informed about their process and they checked the house daily to measure the drying progress. I hope I dont have another water heater explosion, but if I had any issue with my house, water, mold, fire etc. I would immediately call them or recommenend them to all my friends."

"Really like this company. Wasn’t a huge job, but needed a drywall patch in my Master Bath. Looks great and for a small job was overcharged. They have a good model and will definitely use again"

"Polick and Mike were terrific to work with. They performed a professional, thorough job of mold removal from our lanai. First time in months that my wife was able to sleep through the night."
